Payment Scheme

From June 1st 2006 the Corsham ASC Executive Committee decided to implement a new payment scheme for the Squad swimming sessions. This will aid administration and make it easier for parents. Two schemes are implemented and a mixture of these schemes can be used to suit your family needs. Moving to a system which reduces cash payments brings the Club into line with virtually every other leisure and community related sport.

Scheme 1 - Pre-paid cards

These cards can be purchased by completing an order form obtainable from our Club desk. The cards are available to all squad swimmers, and they are valid for Corsham and Bath.

Card Prices :

  • 10 swims for £30
  • 20 swims for £60
  • 44 swims for £120 (this includes 4 “free” swims)

These cards have no time limit and may be used by individuals or families. They must, however, be produced before each session and marked off accordingly. Anyone attending without their card will be charged a £3.50 entrance fee before being allowed to swim.

When the swimmer purchases their first card, there will be an additional charge of 50p to cover the cost of a water resistant plastic wallet.

The pre-payment order for is in the Document Folder in the Members Area.

Scheme 2 - Pay as-you-swim

Swimmers will still be able pay cash for each individual session, but the cost will increase to £3.50 per session for Corsham and Bath.

Signing in

All swimmers will be required to sign in and present their cards or make a payment. This change in procedure is for the swimmers own safety; it also ensures Corsham ASC carries out correct procedure under its Health and Safety policy.

AS OF MAY 1 st 2006 SWIMMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SWIM UNLESS THEY HAVE PAID AND SIGNED IN. ANYONE IN THE POOL WHO HAS NOT PAID OR SIGNED IN WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

WE ASK PARENTS FOR THEIR SUPPORT, AS THE SWIMMERS ARE NOT INSURED UNLESS THEY HAVE PAID.

Please forward completed forms and any relevant payment for the scheme you will be using for your family so that we can ensure you have the relevant paper work in time.
